Terms of Use

By playing Zombie City you agree to these terms.

• You need an account. It is yours alone, so keep it secure. You must be 13 or older.
• Do not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs instead of reporting them, harass other players, or attack the servers. We can suspend accounts that do.
• Death is permanent by design. We do not restore lost characters, gear or scores.
• This is a live game. We may change it, reset cities, or shut it down, and we cannot promise your progress survives every change.
• It is free and provided as-is, with no warranty and, as far as the law allows, no liability for lost progress or lost time.
• Some cities offer a reward for watching a video ad. The reward is granted only once the ad provider confirms the view to us; we cannot promise that an ad is always available, and a view that is not confirmed earns nothing.
• What you write stays yours. The game itself, its code and its art, are ours.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account screen. See the Privacy Policy for what that removes.
• Governed by the laws of Brazil. This does not take away consumer rights you have where you live.
