Zombie City is a small project, and every message is read.

Report a problem in the game

This is the fastest way, because the report carries your screen with it. Open the menu, pick Report an issue, mark the part of the screen that is wrong, and add a line about what happened.

Write to us

contact@zombiecitygame.com. We read every message. To get a useful answer faster, tell us:

  • The city and the survivor name.
  • What you did, and what happened instead.
  • Roughly when it happened.
  • Phone or computer, and which browser or app.

Your account

  • Cannot get back in: use the same way you signed in before (Google, Apple, or an emailed link). If that fails, write to us from the email address on the account.
  • Delete your account: in the game, open the menu, then Account, then "Delete my account". In the app, open Account, then Delete account. It cannot be undone.
